PRINCIPLES OF PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Municipal Court Bratislava III, Department: Sro, Insert number: 46652/S (hereinafter referred to as "administrator" ) clearly and openly communicates how it processes your personal data in accordance with REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL (EU) 2016/679, on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC, general regulation on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"). We respect your right to privacy. In the interests of transparency, this policy provides detailed information about what personal data we process, for what purpose, for how long, to whom we pass it on, what your rights are and much more.
1. The protection of personal data is a priority for us in everything we do.
Your trust is important to us. We respect your control over your personal data and digital content and it is our priority to prevent any unauthorized access to it. Whenever we ask you for information, we need it, we don't ask for more. We use the double opt-in function to verify your e-mail.
What personal data do we require from you?
We collect personal information that you provide to us, for example, when you order something, contact us, or provide a review of a purchase or product. The personal data you provide to us includes both mandatory data: contact information and payment data and optional data. You cannot buy from us without providing the required information. You voluntarily provide us with personal data where we ask for your consent, e.g. for registration, for sending newsletters, consultations, discussions, reviews and others, to the extent stated there.
How do we use your personal data?

We will keep your personal data for the necessary time, especially for the above purposes:
for purchases with or without registration for a period of three years, with the new three-year period starting from the day I place the last order,
in the evaluation of purchases or goods for a period of three years,
when sending commercial messages without making a purchase, discussion, watchdog, contact form, consultation, product inquiry, etc. for a period of one year,
or for a period specified by law (for a period of 11 years, data listed on the tax document, fulfillment of legal obligations according to Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on value added tax, as amended).
After that, your personal data will be deleted if you do not agree to the extension of the processing of personal data.
2. We will protect you
We are improving services. We have taken technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, manipulation and unauthorized access. We constantly adapt our security measures in accordance with technological progress and development. To make card payments with us as safe as possible, all information is sent in encrypted form using the SSL protocol. This means that the information passes through a secure connection and that your payment card details cannot be read by external parties. When paying by card, we work with an authorized payment intermediary, which helps us verify directly with your bank that the card is valid for purchases. We do this through our services and by sharing information with you. The data we have collected from you is stored only on the territory of the European Union.
3. You decide how much you share with us
In order to provide you with even better services and relevant news, we collect information about how our applications are used. This means that when you use our website, we find out which functions are most often used and which actions trigger error messages. 4. We choose service providers we can trust
We are part of an internet society in which we cannot exist without external providers. The data we obtain may be made available to the following processors:

Or to other providers of processing software, services and applications, which we do not currently use. We never provide, sell or exchange your data with third parties for trading purposes.
5. What are your rights?
You have the right to request information about what personal data we store about you (free of charge once a year). If this information is incorrect or incomplete, you can request that we correct or remove this information. We cannot delete your data if we are prevented from doing so by statutory data retention regulations, such as the Accounting Act or other valid reasons such as outstanding debts. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time (Article 7, paragraph 3 GDPR), the right to request access to your personal data (Article 15 GDPR), the right to their correction (Article 16 GDPR) or deletion (Article 17 GDPR), the right to limit processing (Art. 18 GDPR), and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR), you have the right to the transferability of this data to another administrator (Art. 20 GDPR), as well as the right to file a complaint with the Office for personal data protection, if you believe that our company is in violation of the GDPR (Article 77 GDPR) when processing personal data.
